Our Rental Management service in Belgrade include:

Fees for Unit Management

Management of individual unit (i.e. apartment, house, office, retail space) for property investors:
• 20 Euro/month fixed plus VAT if not rented
• 8% of the rent monthly plus VAT if rented

 

Fees for Unit Leasing

When renting apartment - short term rent  -  less than 3 months e – fee is 25 % (of rent for all period)
When renting apartment - long  term rent  -  more than 6 months – fee is 50 % (of the first month’s rent)

(Leasing fees is compensation for the time, effort and cost associated with getting a new tenant. When property is empty we are looking for a tenant thru all major rental agencies in Belgrade. Standard rental agency commission in Serbia  is 50 % of the first month rent.  If owner finds tenant – there is no Leasing fee...
