FAQ

What type of amenities can I find in an apartment? Are linen and towels included?

All our apartments that we rent in Belgrade are completely furnished and have a fully-equipped kitchen. You will also find all the linens and towels necessary for your stay. Standard equipment include: Air-conditioning, High-speed Internet access, Mobile Telephone with local SIM card, Cable TV, Washing Machine. All of this is included in the apartment price.

What is a serviced apartment?

Serviced apartments that we provide are always fully furnished with complete equipped kitchen, washing machine, ironing equipment, electronics, cable internet, some apartments have a garage. All our apartments are 'Serviced Apartments', which means you can expect a maid service to keep your apartment clean and tidy, and to provide fresh bed linen and towels. Maid service varies in frequency from once or twice per week.

Is it poosible to rent furnished but non serviced apartment?

Yes, it is possible to rent furnished but non serviced apartment. For longer rentals there is option to exclude this "Serviced packet" then other arrangements will be made to cover utility costs, taxes and other costs.

Are the apartments heated? Do your Belgrade apartments provide hot water?

Yes. All our listed apartments are heated and all apartments have hot water 24 hours a day, all year.

Can I cook in kitchen?

Yes you can. Kitchens are fully equipped with cooking utensils.

For the rental period, what are the days of arrival and departure?

Any day of the week. There are no fixed days of arrival and departure.

What is the minimum stay?

Normally there is a minimum 3 night booking requirement but we are happy to consider requests for shorter bookings where availability permits.

Is the price shown per person?

The price is for the whole apartment, not per person. All apartments are priced per apartment per night.

What does the price include?

All rates quoted are fully inclusive. There are no extra hidden charges. Just for the special longer rentals (exceeding 3 months, with no serviced provided), other arrangements will be made to cover utility costs, taxes and other costs.

How can I make a reservation?

The reservation should be made either by phone (+381 65 44 88 123) or by e-mail.

How far in advance should I book an accommodation?

You can reserve the apartments up to a year in advance. Therefore we would always advise you to book as soon as you now which accommodation you would like to stay in to make sure you get what you want. Please note: We confirm the reservations on a first-come, first-serve basis.

When will I know the apartment exact address and the contact persons's data? What is the minimum stay?

After the booking confirmation we will send you all the necessary information on how to reach the apartment and also with the telephone numbers of the contact person who will meet you on arrival

How do I get from the airport to Belgrade?

A...by Taxi. The best way to come to the city center is to get a taxi, but be careful. Sometimes taxi drivers operating from the Belgrade Airport heavily overcharge clients. In order to stop this bad practice, the Belgrade government has introduced the following mechanism for getting a taxi at the arrivals hall of the Belgrade airport:

Just on the airport exit there is a Taxi information desk, where you can ask for the taxi voucher to wanted destination and it's always the fixed price from 1500 dinars (15 euro) to the city center. You say the address to the stuff, they give you a voucher with fixed price and going with you right to the first available taxi driver and you are paying that amount! I can highly recommend that service to everybody, as I checked it personally.

B...by Bus. There is a regular bus service form main terminal at Belgrade Airport. The buses are every hour, and they go to Slavija Square. Ask at the tourist information when you arrive about times. It should cost no more than a 5 euros.

Where and when will I receive the keys?

The steps outlining what you should do to arrange a meeting with the contact person is explained in the booking confirmation you will receive. On your arrival you go directly to the apartment where you will meet a contact person who will wait for you and give you the keys.

What happens if I have a problem on arrival?

For any problems tied to your arrival you can contact us to a mobile numbers provided to you during the booking process.

What time can we check in / check out ?

Normally apartments are reserved from 2 pm on the day of arrival to 12 noon on the day of departure. In order to be continuously able to offer you an apartment that is immediately available (cleaning, linen, etc.), we have included the following check-in/check-out time slots:

Check-in between 2 P.M. and 8 P.M.

Check-out between 9 A.M. and Noon

What happens if we have a very early or very late arrival or departure?

If you arrive in Belgrade early and wish to check-in before 2 P.M we will do our best to accommodate you earlier if it is possible. Also if you leaving Belgrade late afternoon we will try to postpone check out time. Arrive between 23 pm and 6 am we will charge you 25 euro extra.

Is it possible to extend my stay?

If you wish to extend your stay, please notify us as soon as possible. This is only possible if the apartment is available. Otherwise, we will try to find another apartment corresponding to your expectations.

Do I need an electric adapter for my stay in Belgrade?

You will only need an electric adapter if your own equipment doesn't conform to the European Union standards. We have some electric adapter and we will try help you wit this problem.

Why do you need your travel details?

As contakt person will have to go to the apartment to meet you there, we will need to have full travel details for you. Please be sure to include your flight numbers and the exact arrival time in Belgrade. This way, we can track the flight and see if you are late.

What is the security deposit for?

The security deposit is a cautionary deposit to cover any damages caused during your stay. The deposit will be returned on your check out, if no damage is done.

Are there cleaning supplies in the apartments?

A few basic supplies are provided in the apartment for guest use, Toilet paper, paper towel, soap etc. As all our apartments are close to grocery stores, if you should need any additional supplies.

When and to whom will I have to pay the rent?

You will have to pay the rent directly to us in cash on arrival at the accommodation. Of course, you will receive a receipt of payment. All invoices are issued and payable in Euros or dinars. However we accept also another methods of payment like bank transfer.

How can I cancel my reservation? What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy has been designed to give you a maximum flexibility. If you notify us about your wish to cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to the date of your arrival, we do not charge anything. Otherwise, we will have to retain deposit amount.

What happens if I have a problem on arrival?

Are pets allowed?

We are happy to consider small pets. Please contact us to discuss your requirements before booking.
